AKTIVE: REVENUE / FUNDRAISING STRATEGY
Aktive: Auckland Sport & Recreation engaged HTG to develop a commercial strategy for incremental revenue generation. Through this process, we identified targeted populations that both Aktive and businesses were interested in reaching. This led to the expansion of the ActivAsian programme – an Asian targeted community initiative.
GENESIS: CREATING SHARED VALUE
Genesis first contacted HTG to evaluate and improve their community programme called “Schoolgen”. Schoolgen is a fun programme that brings solar energy and energy efficiency to life for children across New Zealand. We proposed several ideas for programme development and wrote a strategic plan to suit.
NZ Post: Activation Management
HTG was contracted by NZ Post to carry out a strategic evaluation of their sponsorship strategy. We then took our idea generation and strategic planning one step further and acquired a handful of partners for their new programme: ActivePost. This became one of the largest community sponsorship programmes in New Zealand. HTG managed this programme for four years.
