HTG were contracted by New Zealand Post to carry out a strategic evaluation of their sponsorship strategy.
This began with a research overview of their current partnerships, and progressed to opportunity evaluation and application of the Value Impact Framework. We then took our idea generation and strategic planning one step further, and acquired a handful of partners for their new programme: ActivePost.
The ActivePost programme was developed with five partners in Hockey New Zealand, Water Safety New Zealand, Waka Ama NZ, New Zealand Cricket and Athletics New Zealand. With HT Group support, ActivePost grew to become one of the biggest community sponsorship programmes in New Zealand.
We continue to support our client with the partner relationships and activation of the ActivePost programme. We have coordinated an annual event “The ActivePost Family Fun Day” for four years. Our involvement has helped NZ Post reach over 300,000 kids per year through the various activities
